With lower equipment resistance and smaller footprint, it is suitable for producing various specifications and types of glass fiber acid mist scrubbers. Our product design combines the latest research outcomes from Tsinghua University with the advantages of similar products from both home and abroad. By employing a one-stage bubble column, two-stage spray tower, three-stage mixing section, and four-stage absorption system, we optimize the filler layer and tower body parameters to achieve a removal efficiency of up to 98%, surpassing national emission standards.
Our PP-type acid mist scrubbers have been recognized by China's environmental protection product certification authorities and comply with "Ambient Air Quality Standards (GB16297-1996)". They primarily handle harmful gases such as hydrochloric acid (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), sulfur trioxide (SO3), as well as water-soluble gases like chromic acid vapor (CrO3) and sodium hydroxide vapor (NaOH). We utilize sodium hydroxide solution at concentrations between 2% to 6%, ensuring an effective removal rate of 95%-98%. Constructed from durable glass fiber materials, this device boasts numerous benefits including high performance, corrosion resistance, strong durability against mechanical stress or vibration while minimizing noise levels during operation; its compact size facilitates easy transportation or installation in tight spaces while maintaining an aesthetically pleasing appearance that fits seamlessly into modern industrial settings.
