酸雾净化塔，又称为酸性气体净化塔、酸雾吸收塔、废气净化塔及玻璃钢酸雾净化塔，是一款具有广泛应用范围、高效率、低阻力和小占地面积的设备，能够生产多种规格和用途的玻璃钢产品。它是一种改进型产品，采用了清华大学研发的新科硎技术，并结合国内外同类设备的优点，由清华大学对我厂生产的设备进行重新设计，采用一级鼓泡、二级喷淋、三级吸收以及四级处理，同时对填料层和塔体进行了技术参数上的优化，使得净化效率高达98%，并且排放后的酸雾废气远低于国家标准，是目前国内外理想的高浓度、高温下处理酸碱废气设备。
我厂生产的PP酸雾净化塔产品符合国家大气污染物综合排放标准（GB16297-1996），并获得了环境保护产品认证。我们主要处理有害气体，如氯化氢(HCL)、氟化氢(HF)、铬酸雾(CrO3)、氰氢酸(HCN)、硫化氢(H2S)等水溶性气体。使用氢氧化钠作为吸收剂，其溶液浓度在2-6%之间，能实现95%-98%以上的净化效率。玻璃钢构造使其具备耐腐蚀、高强度、低噪声、小电耗、大空间利用等优势。此外，它安装方便，对维修要求不高，更适合各种复杂场景下的应用。
acid gas scrubber, also known as acid mist scrubber, acid gas absorber, fume scrubber and glass fiber acid gas scrubber, is a device with wide application range, high efficiency, low resistance and small occupation area. It can produce various specifications and purposes of glass fiber products. As an improved product, it adopts the new technology developed by Tsinghua University and combines the advantages of similar devices at home and abroad. The design was revised by Tsinghua University for our factory's production equipment. It uses primary foam generation, secondary spraying, tertiary absorption and quaternary treatment simultaneously; optimizing technical parameters for filler layers and tower bodies achieves a purification rate of 98%. The purified waste acid gases are far below national standards making it an ideal device for high concentration/high temperature acidic gas processing currently in domestic/international markets.
Our PP Acid Gas Scrubber conforms to the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (GB16297-1996) obtaining environmental protection product certification from government authorities. We mainly process hazardous gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrofluoric acid (HF), chromic mist (CrO3), cyanide hydride (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) etc., water-soluble gases using sodium hydroxide as absorbent with solution concentrations ranging between 2-6%, achieving purification efficiencies above 95%-98%.
