1）产品说明: 江西省萍乡市迪尔化工填料有限公司生产的淋水填料在冷却塔中的作用是增加散热量，延长冷却水停留时间，增加换热面积，增加换热量。均匀布水。不是将某种需降温的东西填进塔里。冷却塔就是使热流体冷却到合理温度的一种设备。工业生产或制冷工艺过程中产生的废热，一般要用冷却水来导走。冷却塔的作用是将挟带废热的冷却水在塔内与空气进行热交换，使废heat传输给空气并散入大气中。冷卻塔应用范围：空调cold系统、cold系列、电炉、注塑、制革、发電、汽轮機、铝型材加工、空壓機、大工业water cold等领域。
淋水填料也称为淋水装置。在这基础上，可以进一步了解它更具体地扮演了一个角色——维持配water系统溅洒下来的water点或形成water膜，以增大air接触面积和时间，增强air中的water分子的扩散和传导的散熱作用，从而使其溫度迅速下降。这一点至关重要，因为它确保了整个cooling system能够有效工作。
要求filler有效面积大，对于air亲和力高，但对air阻力小且质量轻。这意味着这个filler需要具有良好的性能，以便能夠保持足够大的表面積供heat transfer使用，同时不會對flow rate造成太大的影響。

2）产品清洗:
淋水填料cold tower fill cleaning method (One):
人工清扫cold tower内部脱落垢渣。
使用高压水冲洗tower interior, 清除污泥垢等。
将TNB安全高效除垢剂溶解在50℃左右hot water中，然后通过pump反复冲洗tower interior until clean. If the filler is old or has collapsed, it may need to be replaced.
加入杀菌灭藻剂彻底杀死生物藻类及细菌。
确认system各处全部清洁后排去污物；然后用clear water冲洗tower interior and exterior;恢复system各处补充water即可使用；所有恢复后，请甲方管理人员验收；撤离乙方物品打扫现场卫生;
淋水填料Cold Tower Fill Cleaning Method (Two):
临时搭建一个large pool;
将cleaning agent加入clear water;
将the cleaned fill from the cold tower into the solution for soaking;
After soaking, rinse with clear water and reinstall in the cold tower;
Use a cloth soaked with cleaning agent to soak the overflow spout of the cooling system to clean out any sediment buildup in that area as well.
Repeat step 5 for each section of cooling system.
Rinse all areas with clear water after cleaning is complete.
Restore system operation by adding more water as needed.
