Its advantages include a wide range of applications, high purification efficiency, low resistance design, and small footprint. Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) acid gas scrubbers are an improved version of this technology that combines the latest research findings from Tsinghua University with international best practices.
These advanced units employ a four-stage process consisting of primary foam formation, secondary atomization, tertiary absorption, and quaternary catalysis to achieve exceptionally high purification rates exceeding 98%. The optimized fill layer and tower structure contribute significantly to these outstanding results. Furthermore, they effectively reduce emissions below national standards for air pollution control (GB16297-1996), earning them "Environmental Protection Product Certification."
Our factory produces PP series acid gas scrubbers specifically designed to handle hazardous gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrocyanic acid (HCN) vapor, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) vapor ammonia gas NH3], and caustic soda vapor. These devices utilize sodium hydroxide as the absorbent solution at a concentration ranging from 2-6%, achieving purification efficiencies above 95%.
The GFRP construction ensures excellent durability against corrosion while offering lightweight yet robust designs with minimal noise generation and energy consumption. Additionally, their compact size allows for easy transportation and installation while maintaining aesthetic appeal in various industrial settings.
