The glass steel acid mist purification tower is an improved product that adopts the new technology of Tsinghua University's *** research achievements combined with the advantages of similar foreign products. The first level bubble column, second level spray nozzle, fourth level absorption chamber are all adopted to optimize the technical parameters such as filling layer and body structure. The purification efficiency reaches 98%, far below national emission standards.
Our factory produces PP acid mist purifiers according to China's "Atmospheric Pollution Comprehensive Emission Standards (GB16297-1996)" and obtains "Environmental Protection Product Certification". Acid Mist Purification Towers mainly treat harmful gases such as Hydrochloric Acid (HCL), Fluorine Gas (HF), Sulfuric Acid Mist (H2SO4), Chromic Acid Mist (CrO3), Cyanide Gas (HCN), Hydrogen Sulfide Gas (H2S) and Ammonia Gas (NH3). They use Sodium Hydroxide Solution with a concentration of 2-6% for absorption reaction; their removal efficiencies are above 95%.
