The glass-reinforced plastic acid mist scrubber is an improved product that combines the merits of similar devices both at home and abroad with the patented technology from Tsinghua University. Through primary foaming, secondary spraying, tertiary absorption and quaternary separation, these units can achieve purification efficiencies of over 98%, reducing the concentration of harmful gases to below national emission standards.

The PP acid mist scrubbers produced by our company have obtained environmental protection product certification and comply with the "Ambient Air Quality Standards" (GB16297-1996). These devices primarily handle hazardous gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrofluoric acid (HF), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CrO3), cyanide gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and ammonia gas (NH3). Using sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 2-6%, these units achieve purification efficiencies ranging from 95% to 98%.
