1）产品说明:江西省萍乡市迪尔化工填料有限公司生产的淋水填料在冷却塔中的作用是增加散热量，延长冷却水停留时间，增大换热面积和换热量。它通过均匀布水来实现，不仅仅是将某种需降温的东西填进塔里。冷却塔是一种使热流体冷却到合理温度的设备，在工业生产或制冷工艺过程中产生的废热通常要用冷却水来导走。其作用是将携带废热的冷却水在塔内与空气进行热交换，使废heat传输给空气并散入大气中。淋水填料也称为淋水装置，是冷却设备中的关键部分，其作用是在维持配水系统溅洒下来的水点或形成水膜，以增大接触面积和时间，增强传导散热，使得water迅速下降。
要求淋装填料有效面积要大、亲湿性好，对于空气阻力小、质量轻。常见类型有滴式、薄膜式和点滴薄膜式。制造材料上比较有代表性的有改性PVC模压成型填料、手糊成型玻璃钢填料以及改性聚丙烯注塑成型球形填料。
2）产品清洗：
淋装filling material cold tower filling material cleaning method (one): First, manually sweep away the dirt and debris inside the cooling tower; then use high-pressure water to repeatedly flush out the impurities, remove any remaining dirt or grime; next, dissolve a TNB safe and effective descaling agent in hot water around 50°C and use a flushing pump to thoroughly rinse the filling until clean (if the filling has been in use for a long time and has become old or collapsed, it is recommended to replace it). At this point, add disinfectant agents to kill all biological algae and bacteria. Once all parts of the system are cleaned up, drain off the wastewater; follow with clear water rinses of both fillings within towers as well as their exterior surfaces. Finally restore each part of the system by replenishing with water before being put back into operation.
Another cleaning method:
Set up a large pool using plastic sheeting;
Add cleaning solution to this pool;
Submerge filled materials from cooling towers into this tank for soaking;
After soaking clean fillings back into coolers;
Dip fabric treated with chemicals onto feeders on top of cooler's splash devices so that feeder openings can be cleared out through immersion.
Use same methods for clearing out bottom plate scale buildup.
7-9 Steps remain same as above.
