1.综合布线系统安装工程
综合布线作为智能建筑的基石,提供了一种统一、灵活、高效的管道系统,为建筑物的维护、变更、扩展和技术升级奠定了基础。其中,工作区子系统采用非屏蔽6类对绞电缆和光纤组成布线网络,共设计信息点3724个,其中语音点1514个,数据点2210个,以及双口光纤点57个。
2.干线子系统设计
话音主干采用3类50对大对数铜缆作为语音信号的传输媒体,而数据主干则使用标准层24芯多模光缆和层12芯多模光缆。水平双口光纤点采用4芯多模光缆。
3.管理间子系统
数据和语音设备管理间位于地下一层弱电机房内,每层设有一个设备管理间,并配备19寸标准机柜两台或三台。
4.局域网系统设备安装工程
(1)网络结构:生产管理中心计算机局域网采用快速交换式以太网络,分为核心层交换机与接入层交换机。核心层交换机通过星型结构连接服务器及各楼层接入交换机,而楼层接入交换机会通过UTP双绞线连接用户计算机(PC)。
(2)网络设备配置:
a. 核心交换机:在局域网中配置具有三重交换功能的冗余备份手段,以保证网络正常运转。
b. 接入交换机:选用24端口GE+FE混合类型每台,有40台之众。
c. 服务器:配置两台服务器和两台工作站,实现热备份操作,以确保稳定运行操作系统。
(3)互联方案:
生产管理中心新建局域网与指挥中心局域网互联组网,将安全软件扩容至指挥中心局域网以支持互联需求。
5.有线电视系统安装工程
原有卫星电视及有线电视系統設置于大樓頂層,並採用最先進的550M邻频传输技術來處理電視信號。在会议室、办公室等設置用户分支器及有線電視插座總計129個。
6.会议系統及信息顯示系統設備安裝工程:
(1)会议电视系統:
主会场位于二、三四楼,大厅设置LED显示屏,一分会场位于四楼。
采用网络媒体矩阵技术进行音频控制及处理,可以预存各种使用模式,如视频放映模式、报告会模式等。
使用智能中控技术汇集音频、视频、电脑等为一体实现集约化控制。
7.programmable telephone exchange and transmission system
(1) Programmable telephone exchange:
The Beijing Netcom phone switch module in the second floor of the command center building is used for interconnection with the command center and Tianning Temple office building.
The new PABX installed in the production management center building, with a capacity of 500 lines (including 800 terminals), uses the same model as the existing PABX in the command center to ensure seamless connection between two buildings.
(2) Interconnection design scheme:
The production management center and command center are connected using multiple services access devices (MSTP). MSTP supports TDM, ATM, Ethernet, etc., providing unified network management for various services and optimizing fiber bandwidth utilization.
8.Not interruptible power supply (UPS) system:
A UPS main unit with a capacity of 40KVA is set up in the underground weak current room for backup purposes.
In each layer's weak current equipment room, one KVA UPS unit is installed for network devices such as interface switches.
Fourteen units are installed on each floor's weak current equipment rooms for emergency power backup during outages or electrical failures.
9.Building automation system:
Adjustments have been made to the end points of the building automation system previously designed for Prosperous Building according to changes made to its layout plan during this project implementation phase
